    We use the APIE procedure to assure that your loved one receives the best care possible.

    Assessment of the client's needs.
    During our free evaluation of each client, we do a comprehensive assessment of their needs (from ADLs, to transportation, to DMEs) necessary for the planning of personalized care.

    Planning of personalized care.
    In planning such care, we consider all that is involved. Not only in the day-to-day care, but we also assist in acquiring other services such as PT and MSW.

    Implementation of planned care.
    Through our skilled and well trained Care Providers, we are able to implement the developed plan of care for your loved one.

    Evaluation of care.
    We keep track of our client's progress through regular weekly visits. By doing this, we are able to stay proactive in keeping the client's plan of care current.
