We use the A.P.I.E. procedure to assure that the client receives the best care possible. The A.P.I.E. procedure is:

• Assessment of the client's needs: During our free evaluation of the client, we do a comprehensive assessment of client's needs (ADLs, transportation, DMEs, etc.) necessary to plan their personalized care.
• Planning of personalized care: In creating a detailed plan, we consider all that is involved not only in the day-to-day care, but we also assist in acquiring other services (PT, MSW, etc.).
• Implementation of planned care: Through our skilled and well-trained Caregivers, we are able to implement the care plan.
• Evaluation of care: We keep track of our client's progress through regular visits. By doing this, we are able to stay proactive in keeping the client's plan of care tailored to their current needs.
